Title
Small-grant opportunity to scale-up CBFM

Body

The LMMA Network and the Pacific Community are happy to share with you this small-grant opportunity to contribute to scaling-up community-based fisheries management across the region. This opportunity is made possible through the LMMA Network component of the PEUMP Programme funded by the European Union and the Government of Sweden.

This is a 2-stage process designed to be as simplest as possible in order to reach all organizations and especially the very small ones that would like to contribute to spreading CBFM and/or improve community representation to governments.

The maximum amount of each small-grant is €10.000 with an objective of giving 15 grants across the region.

In the link below, you will find the form in order to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) along with guidelines for applicants. We recommend that you read the guidelines carefully before filling your form.

As a reminder, the EOI forms are due for submission by 11:59 p.m. on 7 April 2023 (Noumea time) with the subject line EOI 23-509 LMMA PEUMP GRA.

Word versions of the EOI must be submitted by email to [email protected].
If you have any queries about the grant process please send an email with your query to: [email protected].

Requests for clarification must be received by 31 March 2023 11.59 pm (Noumea time).

By May 2023 at the latest, you will be notified if your EOI was successful. Shortlisted applicants will progress to the final stage of the application process, which includes attending a Grant Information Session. Final announcements of successful grants are scheduled for the second half of 2023.
